honestly, the front desk staff was incredibly inattentive, not at all what I expected. I mean, I almost gave a good review, but when I asked for a complimentary upgrade, they just shrugged! not impressed at all.

The shower curtain needs urgent cleaning!!! The wall mounts for the iron table shouldn’t be falling out at night. Furthermore, a warning about the renovations would be appreciated rather than facing a blue tarp unexpectedly!!!
